My career began at NBC New York, where I learned the power of storytelling, fact-checking, and bringing ideas to life on tight deadlines.
From there, I spent time interviewing industry leaders from the floors of the New York Stock Exchange and Nasdaq, before moving to CNBC, where I helped launch new shows and managed digital content that brought business stories to life.
Eventually, I landed at E! News, where I oversaw social publishing for an audience of more than 43 million people, posting up to 150 times a day and seeing firsthand how great content can spark genuine connection.
Those early newsroom years taught me how to hustle, think on my feet, and tell stories that stick. Along the way, I honed my craft as a social media and content strategist, learning what it takes to build a brand voice, grow a community, and create business impact through storytelling.
Today, I work with brands at all stages of growth to help them shape their digital presence, reach the right audiences, and create content that actually moves the needle.

“[Dakota has] done an excellent job working with cross-functional teams – from CS to product marketing to growth, making sure that social is a central part of how we interact with existing and prospective members. Her role started here, specifically focused on social media, but has expanded to include a broader scope of content encompassing the website, SEO, and more. She’s handled everything thrown at her and has delivered in spades.”

“Everyone loves to work with her, and she’s incredibly collaborative and helpful. But beyond that, she’s a glue person that helps all of us stick together. Dakota reminds us that being a team player goes beyond just the work – it’s about really enjoying the company of the people you work with.”
